中國(guó)就業(yè)培訓(xùn)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)中心成立于1998年，與人力資源和社會(huì)保障部職業(yè)技能鑒定中心合署辦公，是人力資源和社會(huì)保障部的直屬事業(yè)單位，負(fù)責(zé)全國(guó)就業(yè)、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)以及技能人才評(píng)價(jià)的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和組織實(shí)施工作。

Founded in 1998，CETTIC performs the official function jointly with Occupation Skill Testing Authority(OSTA). It is one of the public institutions directly under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It is responsible for providing technical guidance to the employment and vocational training work, and organizing occupational skill testing all over the country.
